Almost hidden at the south of Adriatic sea in the great mountains of Balkan there is Montenegro coast, one of last untouched, unspoiled jewels of Europe and Adriatic sea. Montenegrin coastline is full of unique locations, kilometers of sandy beaches and historical places and monuments that tell the story to visitors. Montenegro is small, traditional and proud country with turbulent but amazing history, precious nature and lovely people. Give a Montenegro visit once and you will find yourself always comming back.

 

The towns along Montenegrin coast are rather small, and each have its story to tell. From the ancient times, the evidences of the past times are all around. Coastal towns are mostly built in meditteranean style, with old towns with walls, ports and fisherman houses. Budva and Sveti Stefan area are tourist capitals of Montenegro, Kotor is protected by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage. Bar is modern city with port and marina. Ulcinj lives its touristic boom, as well as Herceg Novi and Tivat. Along the whole coast you will find many fine places, attractive beaches, great restaurants with tasty Montenegrin cuisine and international specialities, a lot of caffe bars and when you think you have seen everything you will find more places, beaches, restaurants etc. And dont forget to bring a camera with you because some of the most colorfull pictures with stunning contrast between high mountains and blue coast can be taken only in Montenegro
